I fill the gap when you don't need a full-time office manager or operations manager, but you do want help managing your business. I work with a range of small business owners, including:

Solo entrepreneurs: You've been doing it all on your own, but your business has grown to the point where you want help. You're spending too much time in the weeds, and you need to automate routine processes and lay the foundation for growth.

Content creators: The life blood of your business is content, but it's becoming too much to manage on your own. You need a streamlined solution to manage your content and your customers.

Small business owners: You've been in business for a while, and your systems and processes need an upgrade. You want to explore new solutions, but you aren't sure where to start.

Who do I work with?

How can we work together?

Each client relationship is unique, but in general the process is:

  1. Free consultation: We'll schedule a free, 30-minute video call (or in-person meeting if you are located nearby). During this call, you can tell me about your business and your goals, and I can give you details about my experience and how I think I can help. Schedule your free consultation here.

  2. First project: If the consultation goes well, we'll schedule our first project together. This can be a large or small project and it will give us both a chance to see if we work well together.

  3. Ongoing work: After the first project is complete, we can schedule additional stand-alone projects, or you could choose to hire me for regular weekly work.

I offer two ways of working together:

  • Per Project: Do you have one specific project in mind? I can provide an estimate and work for an hourly rate. I'll take the lead and work with you to move the project from start to finish.

  • Weekly Flat Fee: Would you like help over a longer period of time? I offer a discounted rate where I work for you a certain number of hours each week on a set schedule (such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings). Think of me as your part-time ops manager. This puts you at the head of my client list and your projects will take top priority.

Where do I work?

Anywhere! No matter where you are located, I can work with you via video calls and other virtual collaboration tools from my home in Maine. If you live within 1.5 hours of Southwest Harbor, I'm happy to meet in-person at your office. I'm also open to discussing longer distance travel.

GET TO KNOW ME

Free consultation

The best way for us to get to know each other is to chat. Book a free, 30-minute call to get started. You can tell me a bit about your business and your goals for this year, and I can give you some ideas on how I can help you meet those goals. The call is usually a Zoom video call, but it can be audio-only or in-person if you prefer. There is zero pressure to hire me after the call. I honestly just enjoy getting to know other business owners, so I hope you reach out!

P.S. I'd also love to connect with you on LinkedIn.
